Sri Lankans champion in worship.
It's childish mindset.

They are not humble. (නිහතමාන)
They have superior (උච්චමාන) and inferior (හීනමාන) mentality.

Sunil Edirisingha's song says:
"උස් තැන් දැක හැකිළෙන්නේ
මිටි තැන් දැක පුප්පන්නේ
නිවටුන් බව සිතමින්නේ"

Feel inferior seeing high positions and feel superior seeings low positions. That's the behaviour of a cowered.

Jealousy is an indicator. Root cause is love and respect. Slave to hierarchy.

In Auspicious formula (මංගල සූත්‍රය),
"අසේවනාච බාලානං
පණ්ඩිතානංච සේවනා"
Don't associate with stupid;
Associate with wise.

If stupid and wise are two separate people, such relationship shall never occur.

What's missing here?
The big picture for collective thinking.
Out-of-the-box thinking enable us to see the birds eye view.

For example:
Give a balloon and a pin to each of a group of people.
Tell them, winner will be the one having a balloon after 10 minutes.
What shall be the individual behaviour?
They will try to pin others balloons with the intention to be the winner.
At the end, no one will have a balloon.
All lost.
If they do not complete each other, all can be winners with balloons in their hands.

That's the importance of collective thinking.

Fish in a pond compete with each other for survival.
But, if they let destroy their pond, none will survive.

In Wattaka jathaka story, all birds saved their lives with collective thinking.

PickMe is successful and scaled compared to Kangaroo cabs, because of collective thinking in sharing economy.

Individualistic selfish attitudes of Sri Lankans has led to corruption.
Debt is unbearable.

We are destroying our country with narrow minded thinking.

What's the point of an individual scoring a century in cricket, when the game is lost?

Can you be happy with success when millions around you cry with hunger?

Now, it's time to think big.

We must redesign our systems to get us back on track.
